Tuesday

I started downloading iPod yoga workouts and I did my first one this morning. Well, I did half of it, they're an hour long and I didn't get up until 6:30...It was pretty good, helped me wake up, warm up and focus a bit. I' have terrible flexibility in my legs, it's true, I can't touch my toes. I'm workin' on it.

Before work: 30min YOGA



Afterwork I hit the pool:

Warm up: 800RIM 400Kick

2x 4x100 alt pull and kick 5sec RIB

cool down
