Another swim with Osamu and Toru

When I got to the pool today, Osamu was already in the water!!

I warmed up a bit and then we had another short lesson and Toru joined us. It was pretty fun, they are both athletic so it didn't take long for them to catch on. The can both do a length of fly -it ain't pretty, but they can do it!

I managed to finished my regular warm up and then did one quick set.

So much for a workout

Well, I took the night bus home from Tokyo last night and was feeling stiff and sore (yes my legs are too long).

So I got to the pool started my usual warm up when whose faces do I see pressed up against the glass....Osamu and Toru!!! Before I knew it, they were in my lane, "Linea, please teach us butterfly!!". How could I resist.....

13 JETS crammed into 4 cars and went to Kuruizawa yesterday (Vernal Equinox is a national holiday).

We drove for 5 hours to get there -curled for 3.

lots of fun, I'm sure I'll be sore tomorrow -I should really go to YOGA tonight!

Wednesday was a gloriously sunny day!!! I ran to my school, took a break to watch my baseball boys and the ran home. It was my first run in a very long time. The Uozu road race is only a month away. I've got to get going and improve my times or what's the point in entering?
But first I have to get through the swim meet on April 16.
Uozu is the 23.
Kanazawa is the 14th of May and
Kurobe follows 2 weeks after that!!!
