Boarding

Sunday was another trek to Seaside Valley.
Janet and I headed out in the morning and despite the sunny, hot weather, the snow was pretty good! We met up with 4 other friends by chance and spent the day making fun of each other and having a great time.

Yoga

Today Chika and I were joined by Janet and Susan. It's nice to have someone else who is just as inflexible as I am for Chika to laugh at!!

The shoulder NEEDS attention.

In the mean time, I'll continue boarding.
Sunday was sunshine and fresh air. The hill was dead so lots of room to play.
