i can't believe you are getting up early enough to do yoga. that's impressive.

after a few weeks of your work schedule you'll get back into a routine! don't worry!!!

p.s. swim meet sign-up deadline is Sept. 19th. you gonna do it??

ugh, i don't know if my shoulder can take the training...i should really go and get it checked out, ne?
