Well, I ran in the a.m. and swam in the evening!
Warm up: 800RIM 400kick
6x100 free alternating pull and swim -long and strong (trying to get my rythmn the same for both) rest was sporadic due to the people in my lane.
4x100 kick alt E & T
cool down
shoulder hurts...
