I was supposed to go to get my shoulder checked out this afternoon...but I didn't.
Another week of pain. I'm going to try swimming tomorrow I think. I'm hoping the severe pain I'm feeling today is just muscle soreness from the driving range yesterday. It has to be, I haven't done anything else!!
For those of you thinking that throwing a frisbee around was probably not good for my shoulder...I throw right handed - haha!!
I'll be posting all my workouts here...well, maybe not all. But if you're interested in following what I'm doing feel free to read and/or join me!
