I swam this day, but I can't for the life of me remember what I did...

I think it was:

warm up - 4x150RIM swim 4.100RIM kick

10x 100 free

some fly....

ah whatever, I swam for about 45 minutes and did about 2500m

went to the gym, bike for about 30 minutes....went hom
